Holley Property Services began in January 2020 in Xenia, Ohio, with a Ford Ranger, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing a better standard of workmanship.
Our early projects included landscaping, hardscaping, land clearing, driveways, and smaller site development work. As our reputation grew, so did our capabilities.
Today, Holley Property Services operates multiple trucks, dump trucks, excavators, skid steers, a dozer, and specialized equipment while completing increasingly complex excavation, site development, demolition, septic, utility, drainage, and earthmoving projects throughout Ohio.
